VDS Consulting Group is seeking a Lean Consultant to join our interim executive bench on site with a manufacturing client in the Cincinnati region. The role involves leading kaizen events and implementing Lean strategies to drive improvements in safety, quality, and cost. Ideal candidates will have over 10 years of experience, a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt, and a bachelor's degree.

Effective coaching and a strong presence on the shop floor are essential. Multilingual skills are a plus.
