This is a full-time, on-site position located in Cincinnati, OH for a CNC Router Operator. The CNC Router Operator will be responsible for operating CNC machinery, ensuring precise milling and machining tasks, and performing routine quality control checks. Additional responsibilities include maintaining the machinery, troubleshooting any mechanical issues, and collaborating closely with team members to meet production deadlines.

• Proficiency in Machine Operation and the ability to operate CNC equipment effectively
• Knowledge of Machining and Milling processes
• Skills in Quality Control to ensure adherence to design specifications and standards
• Familiarity with industrial machinery maintenance and troubleshooting
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based manufacturing environment
• Previous experience in a similar role or related training is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications are a plus
