Job Title:
Scheduling Coordinator

Responsibilities- Attend assigned work facility and perform tasks safely.
- Ensure area housekeeping requirements are met and meet established procedures and productivity, safety and quality standards.
- Communicate orally and in writing clearly and concisely.
- Work with all departments, share labour and cross‑train as required for business needs, and communicate effectively with management and team.
- Multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment and analyse and fix production problems.
- Manage all assigned material and equipment, ensuring daily production schedules are met to satisfy customer demands.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Manager.
- High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1–2 years fast‑paced logistics or manufacturing experience (automotive preferred).
- Preferred 2‑year experience in Production Control Scheduling.
- Analyse and prepare documents needed for production; create schedules and prioritise job orders for order fulfilment and operation optimisation.
- Maintain the shop floor schedule and other reports as required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organisational, people and interviewing skills.
- Follow up with all teams to expedite flow of materials and documents to meet shop floor schedule and customer expectations.
- Conflict resolution skills and ability to respond to situations promptly and professionally.
- Energetic, highly motivated to succeed, and have proven professional and sound judgement in managing difficult and/or sensitive matters.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
- Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Word and Excel; ability to work in multiple systems and input/retrieve data.
- Fluency in English.
Perform duties that require talking and hearing, standing and walking for prolonged periods, bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, and lifting up to 35 lbs. Reasonable accommodations may be made for people with disabilities.
Work EnvironmentOne hundred percent of work time is spent in a warehouse where temperatures may be hot or cold seasonally.
