Production Supervisor

Production Support Supervisor $70,000/year! Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily operations of the production support team to meet production plans and targets
• Coordinate material availability, workflows, and schedules for smooth production flow
• Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with production, quality, and cross-functional teams to maintain alignment
• Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and internal quality standards
• Promote and enforce workplace safety policies and procedures
• Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and support employee development
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for productivity and quality enhancements
• Manage workflows and resource allocation based on production priorities
• Support implementation of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma)
• Maintain accurate production documentation and compliance records
• Identify operational improvements with leadership and manufacturing teams

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or production environments
• 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience
• Experience working in a GMP-regulated environment
• Strong understanding of GMP, SOPs, and compliance standards
• Proven leadership and team management abilities
• Experience with production scheduling, troubleshooting, and workflow management
• Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and industrial operations
• Ability to promote a strong safety culture
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methods (Six Sigma a plus)

This is a Permanent position based out of Cincinnati, OH.

The pay range for this position is $53000.00 - $74000.00/yr.
