Production Manager, Manufacturing Operations / Plant Manager
Production Support Supervisor $70,000/year! Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee daily operations of the production support team to meet production plans and targets
- Coordinate material availability, workflows, and schedules for smooth production flow
- Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with production, quality, and cross-functional teams to maintain alignment
- Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and internal quality standards
- Promote and enforce workplace safety policies and procedures
- Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and support employee development
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for productivity and quality enhancements
- Manage workflows and resource allocation based on production priorities
- Support implementation of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma)
- Maintain accurate production documentation and compliance records
- Identify operational improvements with leadership and manufacturing teams
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or production environments
- 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience
- Experience working in a GMP-regulated environment
- Strong understanding of GMP, SOPs, and compliance standards
- Proven leadership and team management abilities
- Experience with production scheduling, troubleshooting, and workflow management
- Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and industrial operations
- Ability to promote a strong safety culture
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methods (Six Sigma a plus)
This is a Permanent position based out of Cincinnati, OH.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $53000.00 - $74000.00/yr.
