Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Batch Maker to join their team. As a Batch Maker, you will be part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork, which will align successfully in the organization.

• Operate routine production machinery following prints and specifications.
• Perform routine activities to produce required quantities within set tolerances.
• Measure finished parts using precision tools to ensure quality and functional compliance.
• Maintain logs and records of units produced; report errors or discarded pieces.
• Inspect equipment before use to ensure proper setup and alignment.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of relevant manufacturing or machine operation experience.
• Ability to follow directions and work well in a team.
• Ability to interpret and translate job specifications for production machinery.
• Solid understanding of production equipment operation.
