Shift: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM (Monday - Friday) | Training Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Your day looks like this:

• Operate forklifts to move, stage, and supply product for packing. Retrieve product from rack locations and deliver to designated staging and packing areas
• Verify part numbers, quantities, and locations during movement; report discrepancies or issues to the Supervisor immediately
• Keep products separated, organized, and in proper rotation
• Perform routine pre-shift forklift inspections and report equipment or safety issues immediately
• Follow all forklift safety rules, traffic patterns
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Use a continuous improvement mindset to identify opportunities to improve material flow and efficiency
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Use scanners or handhelds - easy to learn on the job
• Stay moving, lift up to 50 lbs, and keep pace
• Play it safe and keep work areas clear
• Be dependable - show up, put in the work
• Focus on accuracy - details matter here
• Learn, follow directions, and keep improving
• Work together - team-first attitude
• Be ready for overtime or schedule changes
