Reports to:

Vice President of Manufacturing

• Develop and refine best practices and standard work for all processes from incoming raw material through to packaging and shipping.
• Deploy the manufacturing, quality, facility, and equipment strategy to achieve the annual operation plan (AOP) and KPIs.
• Create standard times, cost basis, and operational routings.
• Drive operational rigor and improvement in quality standards to reduce rework and nonconformance.
• Champion efforts to reduce WIP, inventory, and lead time while delivering on‑time delivery and lead time improvements.
• Attend meetings on NCR’s, variances, and quality investigations as well as monthly operations reviews.
• Collect and analyze statistical data and make changes needed to optimize manufacturing efficiency and flow.
• Design and develop manufacturing fixtures and aids.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures including environmental, health and safety.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology + 10 years’ experience.
• Must possess the ability to contribute to the development of new processes or systems, and resolve complex technical problems in a high‑volume environment.
• Experience working with a broad range of materials such as aluminum, steel, glass, etc.
• Experience creating and deploying standard work within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a complex project to successful completion.
• Demonstrated experience in deploying Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma principles.
• Experience with CAD/CAM software.
• Experience with ERP / MRP systems.
