Lab Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

* Create, update, and maintain assembly instructions, build records, and related manufacturing documentation

* Author and support software validation protocols and associated technical documents as required

* Ensure accurate and complete documentation to support device testing by cross-functional test teams

* Manually assemble medical devices per approved instructions, drawings, and specifications

* Troubleshoot basic assembly issues and communicate findings clearly to engineering and quality teams

* Provide on-site support within the Cincinnati region and travel to a supplier site near Dayton (within ~50 miles) as needed

* Support electromechanical and/or electrical laboratory activities on an as-needed basis

Qualifications:

* Prior experience with medical devices or regulated manufacturing environments is strongly preferred

* Ability to follow detailed procedures and maintain a high level of accuracy and traceability

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Demonstrated strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

* Comfortable working fully on-site and traveling locally as required

Salary Range: $65,000-$75,000 a year
