• Previous experience in cabinetry, woodworking, millwork, or a similar manufacturing role
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and measurements
• Proficient with hand tools and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to lift moderate to heavy materials (up to ~50 lbs)
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work in a production environment

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood and related materials
• Operate woodworking equipment such as saws, sanders, routers, and CNC machinery (if applicable)
• Assemble cabinet components, including frames, doors, drawers, and hardware
• Ensure all finished products meet quality and safety standards
• Perform sanding, finishing, and minor repairs as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow production schedules and meet daily/weekly output goals
