Receiving Coordinator

Warehouse Supervisor

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the accurate receipt and documentation of all incoming shipments, maintaining inventory integrity and fostering strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams.

• Receive, inspect, and record all incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Perform quality inspections to verify items meet company standards; document discrepancies and coordinate resolutions.
• Maintain accurate inventory records of quantities, locations, and storage conditions.
• Use inventory management software to track and update inventory levels in real time.
• Collaborate with purchasing, production, and warehouse teams to coordinate the timely delivery of items to appropriate departments.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers and shipping carriers to resolve delivery issues.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines when handling and storing items, including hazardous materials and oversized packages.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and regulations.
• Prepare and maintain receiving documentation such as packing slips, purchase orders, and receiving reports.
• Keep accurate records for audits and reference.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement in receiving and inventory workflows.
• Implement efficiency enhancements to streamline operations and reduce lead times.
• Provide training and guidance to warehouse personnel on receiving procedures, safety protocols, and equipment use.
• Ensure team members are knowledgeable and compliant with company policies.
• Perform any other duties assigned by manager.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area using 5S standards.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Knowledge of manufacturing performance indicators such as productivity, utilization, and efficiency.
• Ability to build strong working relationships with employees.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Asset to qualify as a US Person for export-controlled data access, requiring proof such as a US passport, permanent resident card, or birth certificate.
