• Perform all tasks necessary to complete daily schedules with full accountability in the most efficient and effective manner within Panels or Solid Processing Departments.
• Work consists of routine tasks, processes and performing operations prescribed by drawings, work orders and procedures.
• Set up and operation of machinery such as edge banders, molders, shapers, dowel insertion machine, saws, and wide belt sanders. This would include inspection of parts for quality and accuracy.
• Tag, mark, and apply labels to appropriate materials.

• Experience with wood processing tools and equipment.
• Experience with domestic and exotic solid woods and veneers.
• Computer knowledge
• Must possess working knowledge of woodworking and manufacturing including measuring and use of millwork drawings.
• Must perform all aspects of routine work, meeting quality standards and requirements.
• Achievement results in an accurate and timely manner.
• Maintain awareness of shipping schedules and adjust work capacity needs as required.
• Keep work areas clean and safe.
• Communicate effectively with co-workers, managers, and others.
• Must be willing to share knowledge and ideas.

• Will require ability to grip and grasp lumber and panels for fabrication.
• Must be able to do repetitive lifting of materials weighing approximately 40 lbs., along with standing, manipulation; turning and twisting of wrists and hands.
