Aerospace Manufacturing Supervisor -2nd Shift

Position: Aerospace Manufacturing Supervisor

Location: Mason, OH

Shift: 2nd

Compensation: $30-$35/hr + shift compensation

• Production Oversight: Direct team activities to meet production schedules, quality standards, and delivery dates while monitoring costs.
• Team Leadership: Build high-performing, collaborative teams through positive influence, knowledge sharing, and constructive coaching.
• Operational Accountability: Maintain full responsibility for department processes, equipment maintenance, safety protocols, and housekeeping.
• Problem Solving: Lead cross-functional teams to troubleshoot daily production issues and implement long-term process improvements.
• Compliance & Quality: Ensure all work is performed under AS9100 quality standards and NADCAP accreditation requirements.

• Extensive
  
  Experience:
  
  7+ years in manufacturing, including 2+ years at a management level directing similar facility operations.
• Technical Expertise: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in CNC machining and experience with complex, engineered product lines.
• Leadership Track Record: 2+ years in a leadership role with direct responsibility for 20+ subordinates.
• System Proficiency: Strong background in utilizing manufacturing systems, data, and metrics to execute production plans.

• Mobility: Ability to sit, stand, or walk for the entire duration of a shift and occasionally climb stairs.
• Vision Standards: Must have 20/20 vision (natural or corrected) with color and depth perception; requires passing an annual vision test.
• Manual Dexterity: Regularly required to reach, bend, and use hands/fingers to operate computers, telephones, and specialized equipment.
• Physical Exertion: Ability to occasionally lift, push, or pull items weighing up to 35 lbs

• Communication: Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing) to effectively exchange complex ideas and technical instructions.
