Pay Rate: $24.00 per hour
Schedule: (2nd Shift | 2:45 PM - 11:00 PM | Monday - Friday | $0.75 shift differential) (Weekend Shift | 2:45 AM - 3:00 PM | Work 36 hours get paid for 40 hours | $2.00 shift differential)

Here's what we're looking for.

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous industrial or manufacturing paint experience required
• Strong understanding of paint mixing, surface preparation, and spray application techniques
• Ability to use pneumatic tools and manufacturing equipment safely
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to cross-train and work overtime as needed
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret manufacturing plans and work instructions
• Gather materials and maintain required production documentation throughout the process
• Prepare surfaces for painting using hand grinders, DA sanders, and other pneumatic tools
• Mix paints and coatings according to specifications
• Apply coatings using HVLP spray guns while maintaining quality and consistency
• Perform spray gun troubleshooting, cleaning, and maintenance
• Mask parts and components using painter's tape and protective materials
• Operate paint booth equipment safely and efficiently
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
