Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 6:30 AM - 3: 30 PM | Mandatory OT As Needed

Requirements:

• Have experience in an industrial, manufacturing, food production, automotive, or mechanical environment.
• Possess a basic understanding of industrial mechanical systems and equipment.
• Effectively communicate information between production and maintenance teams.
• Have strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Prioritize tasks and respond quickly to equipment or production issues.
• Are dependable, detail-oriented, and proactive in supporting team operations.
• Walk throughout the facility and retrieve parts, tools, or materials as needed.
• Lift 50lbs frequently as needed.

Job Duties:

• Serve as a key point of contact between production teams and the maintenance department.
• Communicate equipment issues, line stoppages, and maintenance needs to the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Assist in coordinating maintenance response efforts when production lines experience downtime.
• Retrieve and deliver parts, tools, and supplies needed by maintenance technicians.
• Support the maintenance team with various administrative and operational tasks.
• Monitor and relay updates regarding equipment status and repair progress.
• Help troubleshoot basic equipment or process-related issues when appropriate.
• Maintain clear and accurate communication between departments to minimize downtime.
• Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned to support maintenance operations.
• Contribute to a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
