Location: Cincinnati, OH
Pay Rate: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
Shift: 6:30 AM - 3 PM | Monday - Friday

What You Need:

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Possess technical training, trade certification, or related college coursework (preferred).
• Have experience working in a manufacturing, industrial, or production environment (preferred).
• Have electrical maintenance experience or knowledge (preferred).
• Demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.
• Can safely use a variety of hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
• Are self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Have strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Understand industrial safety procedures and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Can read and follow equipment manuals, diagrams, and maintenance instructions.

How the Day Goes:

• Perform maintenance and repairs on production line equipment and facility machinery.
• Set up, adjust, and complete changeovers on manufacturing equipment based on production schedules.
• Execute preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve mechanical and electrical equipment issues.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble machinery using technical manuals and manufacturer specifications.
• Inspect equipment to identify wear, damage, or potential maintenance concerns.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment to complete repairs safely and efficiently.
• Follow all company safety policies and maintain a safe working environment.
• Wear and utilize appropriate PPE for each task performed.
• Collaborate with production and operations teams to ensure equipment is operating efficiently.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and communicate equipment status as needed.
• Perform additional maintenance-related duties as assigned to support business and production needs.

What to Expect:

• Regularly work in a manufacturing facility with a controlled environment.
• Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Frequently reach, push, pull, bend, stoop, kneel, and crouch.
• Regularly lift and move materials and equipment weighing up to 70 pounds.
• Work in an environment with moderate noise levels and active production operations.
