What You'll Do
- Safely and efficiently assemble products or components according to production schedules and work instructions
- Perform regular quality checks to identify defects, document findings, and report issues for corrective action
- Ensure all products meet company quality standards before advancing to the next production stage
- Load, unload, and move materials within the production area while maintaining proper storage and accessibility
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, equipment settings, and issues encountered
- Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of PPE, and report any safety concerns immediately
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and cleaning; report malfunctions or repair needs
- Collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments to meet production goals and resolve issues
- Experience in manufacturing, production, or quality environments preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Ability to follow processes, document accurately, and stay organized
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement
