* We are seeking an experienced  
** Industrial Maintenance Technician III
** to support a fast-paced bottling and packaging operation. This role plays a critical part in ensuring equipment reliability, production efficiency, and continuous improvement within a growing manufacturing facility.

** What You'll Be Doing*
* + Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair high-speed bottling and packaging equipment

+ Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery

+ Support filling, labeling, conveying, capping, and packaging systems

+ Diagnose electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical issues

+ Partner with Operations to maximize uptime and production performance

+ Assist with equipment installations, modifications, and upgrades

+ Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives

+ Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and GMP requirements

** What We're Looking For*
* + Experience maintaining manufacturing or packaging equipment

+ Strong troubleshooting abilities in mechanical and electrical systems

+

Experience with conveyors, motors, drives, pumps, pneumatics, and automation systems

+ Ability to read schematics, drawings, and technical manuals

+ Strong understanding of preventive maintenance practices

+ Ability to work independently while supporting production teams

** Preferred Qualifications*
* + Experience in food, beverage, chemical, pharmaceutical, consumer products, or packaging manufacturing

+ Knowledge of PLC-controlled equipment

+

Experience with high-speed production lines

+ Technical degree, maintenance certification, or equivalent experience
