Production Associate - Mat Roller - 2nd Shift

Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Mat Roller to support the Rental Division. The Mat Roller is responsible for evaluating the quality of cleaned customer floor mats, safely placing them into a rolling machine for processing, maintaining the cleanliness of the work area, sorting and placing rolled mats into staging locations for customer delivery. Production Associates are expected to meet or exceed a standard for quantity and quality of work.

• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must adhere to the attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in a safe proximity to other people for extended periods of time.
• Must be willing to work in a fast‑paced, schedule‑driven environment where there are time pressures to complete work quickly.

• Requires standing for most of the shift.
• Requires repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching to accomplish work activities.
• Requires physical activity, including lifting and moving materials, for most of the shift.

• Attention to detail: thorough and careful about detail when completing tasks or correcting flaws.

The full selection process may include application and resume review, interviews, and a job tryout. Candidates will be compensated for their time during the job tryout. Only those identified as most qualified will be invited to subsequent steps. A conditional job offer requires completion of a background check and drug screen.
