Thermo Fisher Scientific - - Responsibilities:
Lead operations teams in production activities including equipment setup, operation, cleaning, and reassembly;
Ensure compliance with cGMP and SOPs and maintain batch production records;
Utilize SAP, Excel, BI Launch Pad, Maximo and other software to support manufacturing operations;
Lead manufacturing teams in the absence of production supervisors;
Disassemble and reassemble equipment (e.g., mixers, extruders, dryers, tablet press, encapsulation)
