Thermo Fisher Scientific - - Responsibilities:
Lead manufacturing teams in production activities and provide guidance in absence of production supervisors;
Operate, disassemble, clean, and reassemble equipment (e.g., mixers, extruders, dryers, tablet press, encapsulation, coating pans, printers, tablet inspection machines) following cGMP and SOPs;
Utilize SAP, Excel, Pharma suite, BI Launch Pad, and Maximo to support manufacturing operations;
Follow production documents, SOPs, batch production records, and cleaning/assembly forms with accuracy;
Maintain compliance with SOPs, cGMP, and EHS training; participate in safety and quality initiatives
