• Assist with paper production and finishing activities as directed by operators or supervisors.
• Move raw materials, finished goods, and supplies throughout the facility.
• Load, unload, stack, and stage materials for production and shipping.
• Clean work areas, remove debris, and support overall plant housekeeping.
• Help monitor equipment and report mechanical issues, jams, leaks, or unsafe conditions.
• Support machine operators during setup, changeovers, and routine operations.
• Follow lockout/tagout, PPE, and other plant safety procedures.
• Use basic tools and equipment safely and correctly.
• Complete routine checks, logs, and production records as required.
• Work collaboratively with team members across shifts and departments.
• Perform other general labor duties as assigned.

• Typically possesses a high school diploma (or equivalent).

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced industrial environment.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

The pay for this position is $27.13 per hour. The position may also be eligible for a short-term incentive. Greif offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, paid time off, and other competitive benefits which are available for eligible colleagues effective day one.
