Bag Room Operator - Forklift Operator

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and processing industry, is seeking a dedicated Bag Room Operator to join their team. As a Bag Room Operator, you will be an essential part of the ST Flaking department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, safety consciousness, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Bag Room Operator

Location: Cincinnati, OH

Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour

Shift: 7:00 pm – 7:30 am. 2-2-3 Rotation (Work 2 days, off 2 days, work 3 days, repeat) This schedule includes working every other weekend.

• Present candidates to the designated email for consideration
• Operate all necessary equipment to ensure continuous and effective department operation
• Transport supersacks and 50 lb. bags into warehouse storage after processing
• Perform washouts, changeovers, and routine maintenance of equipment
• Maintain safety, quality, and housekeeping standards in the work area

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum 6 months of stand-up forklift experience required
• Stand-up forklift certification (in-house certification will be provided)
• Ability to work in ambient temperatures and a rotating 12-hour shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and work overtime if needed
