Full‑time position with overtime available. Willing to train. Earn a competitive hourly rate plus overtime while working with advanced printing and production equipment in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
Position OverviewWe are seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our production facility by troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial machinery and building systems.
Responsibilities- Troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment (presses, bindery, mailing, packaging systems)
- Diagnose and fix electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical issues
- Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime
- Maintain facility systems (plumbing, compressors, chillers, etc.)
- Assist with machine setup and installation
- Help develop and manage spare parts inventory
- Support building maintenance (painting, snow removal, general upkeep)
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety procedures (lockout/tagout, etc.)
- Work with team members and outside contractors as needed
- Experience with industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or mechanical repair
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems
- Familiarity with tools like voltmeters, ohmmeters, etc.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, physical environment
- Willingness to work overtime and support emergency repairs when needed
- 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience
- Experience in printing, packaging, or manufacturing environments
- Trade school or coursework in electrical, hydraulics, or pneumatics
- Knowledge of PLC systems
- Manufacturing environment (noise, moving equipment, temperature changes)
- Frequent standing, bending, climbing, and lifting (up to 50 lbs)
- Work around mechanical systems, tools, and industrial equipment
- Full‑time (40 hours/month) 1st shift
- Overtime available based on production needs
- Occasional off‑shift support for urgent repairs
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check and DOT physical
