• Learn the assigned manufacturing or packaging process by following approved batch records, work instructions, and SOPs.
• Set up, change over, program, and operate manufacturing and packaging equipment.
• Clean facilities, equipment, and utensils according to SOPs and WI’s.
• Complete required documentation for the manufacturing or packaging of product.
• Maintain 100% compliance with training requirements and all assignments.
• Maintain work areas and perform job functions safely and efficiently in accordance with company policies, cGMP, SOPs, and batch record instructions.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Shift
:
Tuesday‑Thursday 6:00 pm‑6:30 am (36 hrs). Optional Monday 2:00 am‑6:00 am (40 hrs).

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer previous experience in a pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or food processing manufacturing environment.

• Receive and follow instructions.
• Interact positively with co‑workers and management.
• Communicate effectively, both written and oral.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and cGMP requirements.
• Maintain 100% compliance in all SOP, cGMP, EHS, and training curriculum.
• Operate and troubleshoot manufacturing/packaging equipment.

• Work on routine to semi‑routine assignments, recognizing deviations from accepted practice.
• Exercise judgment within defined practices and policies, selecting appropriate methods for solutions.
• Receive general instruction on routine work and detailed instruction on new assignments.
• Recommend methods and procedures for problem resolution as needed.

• Standing for extended periods at a workstation or equipment.
• Walking to move short distances quickly and frequently.

• Stooping, kneeling, and/or crouching.
• Twisting/reaching—turning at the waist and extending hands or arms in any direction.

• Sitting for extended periods at a workstation or mobile equipment.
• Climbing by using feet, legs, hands, or arms to ascend or descend.
• Pushing and/or pulling using upper extremities.
• Repetitive wrist, hand, and finger motions.
• Lifting objects from 25 lb up to 50 lb, and more than 50 lb with assistance.

• Perform computer work, data analysis, extensive reading, and visual inspections involving small defects, parts, or machine operation at close range.
