Manufacturing Technician– Richards Industrials

Cincinnati, Ohio

Reports to:

Production Manager

What You Will Do:

Richards is now seeking a Manufacturing Cell Technician to join our growing team. The Manufacturing Technician will report directly to the Production Manager.

He or she will be responsible for the following:

Assemble and Pressure Test liquid cooling and pharmaceutical valves

Cross train on other cell responsibilities including finishing, material handling, and packaging

Create final product certifications and documentation

Clean and maintain work area to provide a safe and organized work environment

Works safely to prevent on-the-job injuries following all safety regulations

Engage in Continuous Improvement initiatives tied to safety, quality, productivity, and delivery

Qualifications Include:

High school diploma or Equivalent Capable of handling 50 lb. to 200 lb. valve bodies with the assistance of hand trucks, lifts, conveyors and hoists.
