Job DescriptionThis full-time Order Picker role is an integral part of a busy shipping team within a positive manufacturing environment. You operate a sit‑down forklift to accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring products are organized and ready for on‑time pickup. You work closely with team members to maintain quality standards, follow safety guidelines, and support continuous improvement across warehouse operations.
All full‑time employees in this role are eligible for bonus incentives.
- Pick, pack, and ship products according to daily customer orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Follow established quality plans and meet all customer order specifications within required time frames.
- Keep products properly separated, organized, and in good rotation to maintain inventory integrity.
- Proven ability to operate a sit‑down forklift safely and effectively; forklift experience is required.
- Hands‑on experience in a warehouse, shipping, or receiving environment.
- Ability to perform order picking, packing, and shipping tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience with inventory handling, including product rotation and basic stock organization.
- Capability to use RF scanners and basic warehouse technology to manage orders and inventory.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in production, packaging, or general labor roles within a manufacturing or warehouse environment.

WorkEnvironment
This role is based in a manufacturing warehouse setting that supports shipping, receiving, and production activities. You work full time, starting with a training schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. for approximately 30 to 90 days, then transitioning to an 11:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. shift once training is complete. The environment involves frequent use of sit‑down forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other material handling equipment.
You spend most of your day on your feet, moving products, organizing inventory, and preparing orders for shipment. The facility operates with clear workplace safety guidelines and expects employees to maintain a clean, sanitary, and well‑organized work area. Attire is typical for a warehouse setting, with practical, safety‑conscious clothing suitable for operating equipment and handling materials.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cincinnati, OH.
Pay and BenefitsPay range: $12.00 – $18.00/hr.
