Requirements:

• Previous assembly, production, warehouse, or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as needed.

Job Duties:

• Assemble and prepare cardboard point-of-purchase (POP) displays for nationally recognized and global brands.
• Follow detailed assembly instructions, work orders, and production guidelines.
• Perform co-packing, kitting, labeling, and packaging tasks as assigned.
• Inspect completed displays to ensure quality and accuracy standards are met.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily production goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Meet productivity expectations in a fast-paced manufacturing and assembly setting.
• Assist with additional production and warehouse tasks as needed.
