- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Assembly, warehouse, or production experience is a plus
- Perform manual and automated assembly and packaging of diagnostic products and kits
- Operate and assist in maintaining automated production equipment under supervision
Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and quality system requirements - Complete and audit production documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Conduct in-process inspections, sampling, and basic calibrations as required
- Monitor inventory levels to support daily production needs
- Identify and report defective materials, abnormal conditions, or process deviations
