Requirements:
Previous assembly, production, warehouse, or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately. Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift. Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and quality. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply.

Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as needed.

Job Duties:

Assemble and prepare cardboard point-of-purchase (POP) displays for nationally recognized and global brands. Follow detailed assembly instructions, work orders, and production guidelines. Perform co-packing, kitting, labeling, and packaging tasks as assigned. Inspect completed displays to ensure quality and accuracy standards are met. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily production goals. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Meet productivity expectations in a fast-paced manufacturing and assembly setting.

Assist with additional production and warehouse tasks as needed.
