Join a Growing Global Manufacturing OrganizationWe are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician III to support a highly automated chemical processing and packaging operation in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role is ideal for a skilled maintenance professional who enjoys troubleshooting complex equipment, working across multiple systems, and making a direct impact on plant reliability and operational performance.
What You'll Be Doing- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment and production systems
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance activities
- Support pumps, motors, conveyors, packaging equipment, valves, and fluid handling systems
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
- Assist with equipment upgrades, installations, and continuous improvement projects
- Support root cause investigations and reliability initiatives
- Work closely with Operations, Engineering, and Reliability teams to minimize downtime
- Follow all safety, GMP, environmental, and maintenance procedures
- Experience maintaining equipment in a manufacturing, chemical processing, food, beverage, or related industrial environment
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with pumps, motors, gearboxes, conveyors, piping systems, and process equipment
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and equipment documentation
- Experience performing PMs and equipment rebuilds
- Knowledge of industrial safety practices and lockout/tagout procedures
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Industrial maintenance certification, technical degree, or equivalent experience
- Experience in chemical processing, liquid handling, or batch manufacturing environments
- Welding and fabrication experience
- Experience supporting continuous improvement initiatives
