Our client, a leader in pharmaceutical manufacturing, is seeking a Manufacturing Operator
- Pharmaceutical Production to join their team. As a Manufacturing Operator
- Pharmaceutical Production, you will be part of the production support team, contributing to the creation of life-changing medications in a clean, safety-focused environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and strong teamwork skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Cincinnati, OH 45237

Pay Range: $20.5

Shift: Monday-Wednesday, 6:00 AM-6:30 PM

What's the Job?

• Prepare manufacturing areas and equipment for production activities
• Operate computer-controlled pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment
• Disassemble, clean, and reassemble production machinery to ensure optimal operation
• Complete accurate production documentation, batch records, and logbooks
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), cGMP, and all safety guidelines to maintain compliance and safety standards

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous experience in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, GMP, or cleanroom environments preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with production equipment
• Basic math, reading, and computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
