Perform maintenance activities in a high-performance working environment on a shiftly basis to ensure optimum utilization of materials and manpower to maximize production, safety, quality and efficiency;
Generate and complete work orders to ensure materials are available from the parts room. Initiate work requests when work cannot be performed immediately;
Communicate and work with other operators, line leaders and the technical leader on maintenance issues;
Perform preventative maintenance and inspection functions and take the initiative to ensure these programs are modified and updated as needed;
Read and understand technical documentation including electrical and mechanical drawings
