Perform electrical and instrumentation activities to maximize production, safety, quality, and efficiency on a shift basis;
Participate in root cause failure analysis with maintenance leadership for major downtime;
Troubleshoot using systematic problem-solving approaches (Why-Why);
Coach and train operators in processing and packaging facilities on E&I issues;
Lead training and qualification efforts and participate in cross-functional plant meetings
