Ditsch USA is looking for a Machine Operator to join their Cincinnati team on 2nd shift
. In this role, you will help operate production equipment, maintain quality standards, and keep operations running safely and efficiently. If you enjoy hands‑on work and a fast‑paced manufacturing environment, this could be a strong next step.

Pay range: $19.40 - $21.44/hour.

About the Role

As a Machine Operator
, you will help keep production running smoothly by operating equipment, maintaining quality standards, and supporting overall workflow. In this role, you will:

  • Operate, monitor, and adjust machinery to keep production moving.
  • Manage equipment start‑up, shutdown, sanitation, and daily operations.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and support basic maintenance.
  • Complete production and quality documentation.
  • Always follow safety and food manufacturing standards.
  • Load and unload materials and maintain proper inventory tracking.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to ensure smooth operations across shifts.
What You Bring

We are looking for someone who is dependable, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working with equipment in a fast‑paced environment. To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of manufacturing experience (food production preferred)
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Basic math skills and flexibility to work weekends as needed.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Stand and move throughout your shift for 8+ hours.
  • Ability to work at varying temperatures (freezer to production floor)
