Formulation Technician

Our client, a leading organization in pharmaceutical manufacturing, is seeking a Formulation Technician I to join their team. As a Formulation Technician I, you will be part of the Drug Product department supporting the production and formulation of high-quality pharmaceutical products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to compliance, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Formulation Technician I

Location: Cincinnati, OH

Pay Range: $22.82

Shift: Thursday - Saturday Days - 6:00am - 6:30pm

• Follow production documents, SOPs, and cGMP guidelines accurately
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of manufacturing activities
• Operate computer-controlled equipment used in dispensing, granulation, compression, or coating processes
• Disassemble, clean, and reassemble equipment such as mixers, extruders, dryers, and tablet presses
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards during manufacturing operations

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in manufacturing, operations, production, or a related field preferred
• Experience in a cGMP environment is advantageous
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to disassemble and reassemble equipment
• Basic reading comprehension and math skills to follow technical instructions and perform calculations
