Monti, Inc. is seeking a CNC Laser Operator to develop and manufacture new products while also optimizing existing products on CNC laser machines. Responsibilities include updating laser systems, ensuring quality, and participating in continuous improvement projects.
Ideal candidates should have 1-3 years of experience with laser systems, preferably Mazak, alongside strong blueprint reading and advanced computer skills. This role demands the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Physical requirements include the ability to lift, bend, and work in various conditions for up to 10 hours.
