Digital Print Operator (12‑Hour AM/PM Shift)
Location:
Cincinnati, OH
Salary: $20.00 – $26.00 per hour
Schedule:
12‑hour shift – 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, Monday–Saturday.
Pay: $20.00 or more per hour based on experience.

The Digital Print Operator is responsible for the day‑to‑day operation of all digital printers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Operate all types of digital printers.
- Operate continuous‑feed printers.
- Work with and explain issues to technicians.
- Follow all ISO work instructions.
- Open stock for ongoing print work.
- Perform QC of all printed material.
- Handle printed material (routing, stacking, etc.).
- Inventory printer room consumables.
- Maintain and troubleshoot digital printers.
- Keep print area clean and uncluttered.
- Log all print jobs in the digital print log.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Good mechanical aptitude for clearing jams and routine maintenance.
- Ability to work in a deadline‑oriented environment.
- Ability to maintain high‑quality standards under time pressure.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
- Familiarity or experience with color management or color match preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent, and 1–2 years of printer experience.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Mathematical SkillsAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Reasoning AbilityApply common‑sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form and deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Physical DemandsRegularly required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl while monitoring the laser printers; use hands to grasp or handle documents, boxes, rolls of paper, and other objects; reach with hands and arms. Frequently lift 40–60 pounds and/or push large rolls (up to 1000 pounds) of paper. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
