Position Details
- Title: Formulation Technician I
- Location: Cincinnati, OH
- Duration: 6+ Months
- Pay: $22.82/hr.
- Shift: Thursday – Saturday | 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM and we do have Night Shift(6pm - 6am)

Job SummaryManufacture dehydrated and liquid cell culture media in a GMP environment. Weigh and compound raw materials, operate milling/blending equipment, perform sterile filtration and aseptic filling. Conduct product testing (pH, osmolality, turbidity) and maintain accurate batch records. Clean, calibrate, troubleshoot, and maintain laboratory/manufacturing equipment. Follow GMP, safety, and documentation procedures while working in a team environment.
Qualifications- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 6+ months of laboratory or manufacturing experience.
- Experience weighing raw materials and following SOPs/GMP documentation.
- Basic knowledge of lab equipment (balances, pipettes, pH meter, osmometer, etc.).
- Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
Minitab is a plus. - Strong attention to detail, communication, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
