Formulation Technician
Our client, a leading organization in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, is seeking a Formulation Technician to join their team. As a Formulation Technician, you will be part of the Drug Product support team, contributing to the formulation, production, and packaging of high-quality drug products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Location:
Cincinnati, OH
Pay Range: $22.82
Shift: Monday - Wednesday Nights - 6:00pm - 6:30am
What's the Job?
- Perform operations related to the manufacturing of pharmaceutical products, including equipment setup, operation, cleanup, and maintenance.
- Follow production documents, SOPs, and cGMP requirements to ensure quality and compliance.
- Maintain accurate documentation of activities such as batch production, cleaning, and material transportation.
- Safely operate computer-controlled equipment used in dispensing, granulation, compression, or coating processes.
- Disassemble, clean, and reassemble equipment like mixers, extruders, dryers, and tablet presses using basic hand tools.
What's Needed?
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, operations, production, or a related lab setting is preferred.
- Experience working in a cGMP environment is advantageous.
- Mechanical aptitude and proficiency in disassembling and reassembling equipment.
- Basic reading comprehension and math skills to follow technical instructions and complete batch records.
