Tool Assembly Technician

The Job Center Staffing is hiring on 1st shift for a Tool Assembly Technician in the Anderson Township area. This is a great opportunity for a temp to hire placement. Compensation/shift/benefits for Tool Assembly Technician include:

• Hourly wage: $17 per hour
• Shift: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm
• Benefits include:

Responsibilities:

• Under the supervisor's direction, test, repair, and make minor modifications to various tools and compressors.
• Prepare and complete source documents for labor and inventory transactions.
• Follow step-by-step instructions to complete department tasks promptly.
• Make product inventory available.
• Communicate trends or repeated quality issues.
• Have flexibility to work in all Tool Department areas.

Requirements for Tool Assembly Technician:

• Must have at least one year of mechanical experience.
• Basic computer knowledge is required.
• Must be able to stand, lift, and bend for the entire shift.
• Must be able to lift 70 lbs. Lift is provided.
• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and presses.
• Must be able to use both hands to diagnose and repair products.
• Must be able to meet the daily production quota.
