Your Job as a Line Tech/Machine Operator

You’ll be part of the production team, ensuring the machines that fill our products run smoothly. You’ll report to the Shift Supervisor, operate equipment, troubleshoot small issues, and assist with tasks along the production line.

Responsibilities
  • Operate machines and meet the necessary skill levels.
  • Follow all quality and safety requirements, including wearing appropriate PPE and hair nets in designated areas.
  • Switch machines for different products and solve minor problems.
  • Keep track of downtime and report any issues with quality.
  • Follow the production schedule and quality control guidelines.
  • Work closely with your team to keep the production line running.
  • Keep machines in top condition and take pride in your work.
Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma or GED (or working on it). Extra training or certification is a bonus but not required.
  • Experience: Experience with bottling, packaging, or filling machines is desirable, but training is available if you don’t have it.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle materials up to 40 lbs regularly; expected to be on your feet for long periods.
  • Attention to Detail: Good eyesight (including color and depth perception) and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
  • Communication: Ability to understand instructions and write clearly when needed.
  • Safety: Willingness to wear PPE and follow safety rules.
  • Team Player: Positive attitude and ability to work well with others to keep production moving smoothly.
