Manufacturing Operator – follows established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to perform functional testing. Operates CUSA tip testing consoles and the CUSA Bender to ensure product function. Utilizes Windows, Agile, Oracle, and Excel for work completion.
Primary Responsibilities- Ensures completion of tasks as directed by SOPs, routers, prints, work instructions, and manufacturing schedules.
- Might package and test manufactured and purchased parts.
- Might enter and transfer items in Oracle without assistance.
- Works closely with supervisor on process challenges requiring support from other departments.
- Follows SOPs and Work Instructions to test manufactured and purchased parts.
- Might operate CUSA tip testing consoles for both internal and external manufactured tips.
- Follows SOPs to support general housekeeping in the area.
- Observes company’s safety procedures and policies.
- Performs other duties as required.
- May operate the Cusa Bender.
- High school diploma or GED required with 0‑2 years of experience.
- Must be able to read, write, and comprehend written English by completing unassisted written tests, including Work Instructions and SOPs.
- Must observe company policies and safety procedures at all times.
- Must give and welcome constructive feedback; contribute to a positive team spirit.
- Must treat others with respect; work with integrity and ethically; uphold organizational values.
- CUSA tip testing consoles, Bending and washing machines, and personal computers.
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when required.
- Standard desktop computer with basic business applications (spreadsheets, word processing, Oracle).
- Strong computer skills; experience with MRP/ERP systems is a plus.
Salary Pay Range: $16.68 – $22.12 USD hourly.
Base pay may be supplemented by bonus, commission, equity, or other variable compensation.
