Job SummarySecond Shift (2:30 pm - 11:00 am) manufacturing plant position for Compounders / Batch Makers, responsible for preparing and processing products.
Responsibilities- Accurately weigh raw materials.
- Document standard and non‑standard manufacturing procedures.
- Transfer products to holding tanks.
- Sample and test raw materials and batches.
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and facility.
- Perform basic maintenance on equipment, tools, scales, etc.
- Participate in departmental improvement activities such as SOP writing, safety audits, and project teams.
- High school education; strong basic math and writing skills.
- Minimum 6 months of related experience.
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs frequently.
- Familiarity with processing equipment and SOPs.
- Knowledge and willingness to perform basic maintenance.
- Excellent attendance record and willingness to work weekends.
- 34 total paid days off annually (vacation, sick, holidays).
