MIG & TIG Welders

We are seeking an experienced welder/fabricator for a 1st shift opportunity. This position requires a skilled individual who can work independently, produce quality welds, and read fabrication requirements accurately.

Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on steel and aluminum materials.
• Grind, fit, and prepare materials for welding and finishing.
• Fabricate and assemble components according to specifications.
• Inspect completed welds to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain a safe and organized work area.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience with MIG and TIG welding on steel and aluminum.
• Ability to properly grind and finish welded components.
• Ability to read, count, and follow work instructions, prints, and measurements.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Welder Test Requirements:

Candidates must successfully complete a weld test consisting of:

• Butt welds
• Corner-to-corner welds
• Welding on thin-gauge sheet metal materials

Schedule:

• 1st Shift
• Full-time position

Compensation:

• $28.00 – $35.00 per hour
• Pay based on experience and welding ability

This is a contract to hire position based out of Cincinnati, OH.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $33.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
