Job Opportunity:
Production Associate - 2nd Shift in Cincinnati, OH. This hands-on role supports production by packaging products, moving materials, and helping keep operations running safely and efficiently. Starting pay: $18-$20/hour.

As a Production Associate, you will help keep production running smoothly by packaging products, supporting the production line, and maintaining quality and safety standards.

• Pack, weigh, and label finished products for shipment.
• Load materials and supply production lines as needed.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards.
• Always follow safety guidelines and food manufacturing procedures.
• Handle materials using equipment such as pallet jacks.
• Support equipment checks and report any issues.
• Assist with cleaning and sanitation to maintain production standards.
• Collaborate closely with the team to keep operations running efficiently.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred
• Food production experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Basic math skills and flexibility to work weekends as needed
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Stand and move throughout your shift for 8+ hours
• Ability to work at varying temperatures (freezer to production floor)
