• Assist rolling mill positions by keeping product moving at needed pace
• Assist during maintenance days in all areas as directed
• Mill water system upkeep
• HMD system readiness
• Log all mill sizing in Mill Sizing app with Macro
• Cleaning furnace debris and mill scale

• Use Ajax to size intermediate and finishing mills for set up
• Keeping all stands (1-16) at designed size
• Calibrating, cleaning, setting up including adjusting roll stands
• Maintain expected production rates
• Inspection of new stands after installation in mill to ensure proper set-up before rolling
• Monitoring equipment operation (e.g., speed, pressure, temperature) to prevent jams and defects
• Other duties, but not limited to:

• Mechanical Aptitude
