Process Technician
The Process Technician plays a key role in blending and processing products according to batch tickets in a cleanroom production environment. This position works on 3rd shift, ensuring accurate use of ingredients, proper sanitation, and collaboration with other shifts to maintain smooth production flow.
Responsibilities- Review and follow batch tickets to ensure correct ingredients and blending procedures for each product.
- Blend products using hand tools and equipment provided, maintaining accuracy and consistency in all batches.
- Coordinate with other shifts to understand current production status and determine what needs to be completed during your shift.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sanitizing the production and cleanroom areas during downtime.
- Follow cleanroom and sterile processing protocols to protect product quality and safety.
- Perform basic packaging and inspection tasks as needed to support production requirements.
- Adhere to all safety procedures, including wearing proper personal protective equipment (PPE) for the entire shift.
- Handle materials and products safely, including lifting items up to 25 pounds as part of routine duties.
- Accurately document work performed in batch records and other production forms.
- Report any issues with equipment, materials, or product quality to appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
- Proven blending experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Ability to wear proper PPE for the entire 3rd shift (8:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m., Sunday night through Friday morning).
- Capability to lift up to 25 pounds on a regular basis.
- Experience working with batch records and following detailed production instructions.
- Comfort working in a cleanroom or sterile processing environment.
- Attention to detail when handling ingredients and documenting production activities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other shifts and team members.
- Reliability and consistency in adhering to safety, quality, and sanitation standards.
Skills & Qualifications
- Food manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Chemical manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Experience with packaging and inspection in a production setting.
- Familiarity with cleanroom procedures and sterile processing best practices.

WorkEnvironment
This role is based in Evendale, OH and operates on 3rd shift, working from 8:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m., Sunday night through Friday morning. You work in a cleanroom and sterile processing production environment that requires strict adherence to sanitation and safety procedures. Proper PPE must be worn for the entire shift. The work involves handling ingredients, using hand tools for blending, working with batch records, and performing packaging and inspection tasks.
The facility is designed for continuous production, with coordination across multiple shifts to maintain workflow, and requires the ability to lift up to 25 pounds as part of normal duties.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cincinnati, OH.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
