The Refrigerated Operations Site Leader is a full-time, on-site role responsible for the overall leadership and performance of the Sharonville and Lebanon manufacturing facilities. This role oversees production, quality, safety, staffing, scheduling, and employee performance to ensure customer requirements are met safely, efficiently, on time, and within established cost targets. The position also serves as the primary operational point of contact for both locations.

The role also involves supporting customer visits, coordinating with suppliers, and driving operational efficiency across refrigerated programs.

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Lead all manufacturing, quality safety and day-to-day operations for the Lebanon and Sharonville facilities.
• Achieve established safety, quality, cost, delivery and production goals.
• Plan and assign work, manage production schedules and communicate changes to leadership and supporting departments.
• Identify staffing, equipment, tooling and process needs.
• Develop and improve procedures, workflows and production methods.
• Monitor operational performance and take corrective action when targets are not met.
• Ensure customer requirements and delivery expectations are achieved.
• Interview, hire, train, coach, evaluate and discipline employees.
• Communicate performance expectations and hold employees accountable.
• Address employee concerns and resolve workplace issues in coordination with Human Resources.
• Review and approve time and attendance records and correct labor-reporting inaccuracies in Paycom.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, safety requirements, housekeeping standards and 5S practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support operational objectives.

High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in operations, manufacturing, business, or a related field preferred.

• Five years of manufacturing, production, or operations experience preferred.
• Three years of supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Experience with production scheduling, labor planning, employee performance management, and process improvement.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead employees across two facilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic timekeeping or production systems;
  Paycom experience preferred.
