PFX Cincinnati is seeking a motivated Lead Packaging Operator to join our 1st shift team from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. In this hands-on leadership role, you will guide the packaging team, maintain daily operations, and support safe, efficient production.
You will delegate tasks, monitor QA checklists, update production records, and train new Operators to ensure adherence to safety and quality procedures.
