White Castle in Cincinnati is seeking a Lead Sanitor to supervise sanitation, train sanitors, and uphold FDA and AIB standards. You will help maintain a clean, safe plant and support production as needed, including filling in for breaks or shortages.
The role requires a high school diploma, background in baking preferred, strong communication, HACCP/GMP knowledge, and proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook and ERP/WMS. Willingness to work varied shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays.
